Sue qualified as a chartered Physiotherapist from St. Thomas Hospital, London in 1976. She went on to work with Dr. James Cyriax, Orthopaedic Physician in Wimpole Street, London and subsequently becoming a teacher of Cyriax manipulative and soft tissue techniques to her profession. In 1980, Sue moved to California where she was involved in setting up an orthopaedic rehabilitation unit with some American colleagues in San Mateo for 3 years. On her return to the UK, Sue undertook a number of positions within the NHS and Occupational Health at Nat West Bank, Cannon Street Sports Club, Crystal Palace Sports Injury and Private GP practice. On moving to Kent in 1991, Sue became Physiotherapy Manager at BUPA Alexandra Hospital followed by The Somerfield Hospital where Sue was responsible for setting up their Physiotherapy Services. In 1993, Sue undertook her training as in traditional Chinese Medicine at The British College Of Acupuncture Qualifying in 1997 with distinction. Sue offered combined treatment at both of the above Physiotherapy departments until starting private practice at Church Street in 1998. Sue's scope of treatment is broad covering everything from musculo-skeletal / arthritic conditions to stress related conditions.
